zavvi, or seen one of their new zavvi stores.
zavvi are the UK’s largest independent entertainment retailer on the
high street, and their focus is purely on the product they offer and service
they provide.
On zavvi's website, you can still find an extensive collection of
DVDs, Games, Music and Books, plus they are continually expanding their
range of Blu-Ray and HD DVD titles. If you want to get regular info about
the latest releases or great offers they have, you can sign up to the
zavvi newsletter. And why not share your thoughts on the products they
sell – good, bad or indifferent – by leaving your review on each product

Store-Index's zavvi review
zavvi is one of those websites that you love as soon as you land
on it. Maybe it's the funky green colour scheme, maybe it's the layout
(lots of exciting things to grab your attention, but not too much that you
feel overwhelmed), maybe it's the thought of browsing zavvi's
extensive range of music, DVD's, books and games. Who knows, but if
you're in the market for visual or aural stimulation, zavvi should
definitely be your first stop!
The zavvi website has their full menu across the top of the screen
(home, music, dvd, blu-ray, hd dvd, games, book, gift certificates) and also
down the left hand side. You can also search the entire zavvi
website or search by department, or click through to the department you want and
then narrow down by sub-category (i.e. genre and format), price or
recommendations. zavvi's prices are also very competitive, and they
offer free delivery on everything, which makes shopping with them online even
more appealing.
zavvi offers you the chance to pre-order a range of movies, music,
games and books for delivery upon release and emailable gift certificates,
making it a great place to shop for presents.

We were sad to hear that zavvi have been adversely affected by the credit
crunch and the demise of Woolworths. Unfortunately they are no longer
